Michael finds career satisfaction through the achievement of others. He brings 44 years of career experience spanning academics, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and business entrepreneurship. He began organization development practice in 2005 after retiring from Fidelity Investments. He has served as a corporate Vice President of Organization Development and an Assistant Professor in a College of Business. Michael has a doctoral degree in educational leadership and international experience, which includes Mexico, Canada and Australia.
Working with talented leaders to improve business outcomes is Michael’s professional passion. Clients leverage his experience in many organizational development specialties and industries to help them better understand what is working, what isn’t working, and what to do about it. His broad organization development background working with senior leaders means clients can benefit from Michael’s knowledge and ability to take-on complex issues and help leaders see through to the other side.
